Rich Products Members Ratify New Contract

Rich Products union members ratified a new 3-year contract on August 11, 2026. Members voted in favor of the agreement with 77%. The new contract includes improvements to the break timeline, bereavement leave, flexibility using PTO, and wage increases that are set to make Hilliard's plant the best paid in the Rich Products enterprise.
